Assalamualaikum And Hii My Blog Peeps... :)))
Semalam, around 11am, Faa keluar belakang rumah nak sidai baju. Tempat sidai tu biasa je, nothing unusual. Sebelah tempat sidai tu cuma ada satu half partition. Partition tu memang dah ada sejak Faa dengan Hafiz moved into this house. Dulu kami pernah gantung archery board dekat situ sebab ada paku. Tapi lepas beberapa kali main archery, rasa macam terlalu rendah, Hafiz decided to move it ke bahagian dalam yang lebih tinggi.
Lepas habis sidai semua baju, Faa pun nak lalu bawah half partition tu. I dont know how, but kepala Faa tersangkut dekat rusty nail yang terjulur keluar. Masa tu Faa ingat it was just a normal knock. Terus terduduk kejap sebab tergamam. Lepas tu Faa bangun dan started walking masuk rumah. Halfway nak sampai pintu, kepala dah starting to feel dizzy. Terus pegang bahagian atas kepala. Sekali rasa basah. Bila tengok tangan... there was blood 😭 Tunduk sikit, darah pula dah started menitik atas lantai 🩸
Tissue ke 2 lap darah 🥺
Masa tu dalam kepala cuma ada 1 benda... "Ah sudah... is this my final destination moment?" 😱 aaa taccoddd. 😭
Faa cepat2 amik few tissues and pressed them atas my head, hoping the bleeding would slow down. Pesan diri sendiri, jangan panic plsss 🥺 At the same time, Faa called Hafiz mengadu apa terjadi. Pastu he rushed back home. While waiting for him, Faa gave my managers a call to let them know I wouldnt be coming in to work that day. Masa tu, Faa just nak make sure the bleeding stopped and dalam fikir sangat teruk atau tak.
20 mins kemudian, Hafiz sampai rumah and we rushed to the nearest hospital, which was St John Urgent Care, Cockburn. Nasib baik tak jauh, around 10 minutes drive je dari rumah. Sampai sana, kami terus daftar. Semua details pesakit kena isi by scanning the QR code, so everything was done on the phone. Tak lama pun before one of the nurses came out and called my name.
Masuk je treatment cubicle, nurse terus tanya apa yang jadi. Lepas tu dia checked my blood pressure and heart rate. Bila semua bacaan looked stable, the nurse gave me paracetamol sementara tunggu Dr. Tak lama lepas tu, another nurse datang bawa dressing trolley. Dia cuci luka dekat atas kepala, siap bersihkan darah yang dah terkena dekat muka. Faa tak perasan pun ada darah dekat muka. Yang funny-nya, Faa datang hospital dengan rabbit pyjamas warna pink, siap bulu2 lagi. Tengok2, ada kesan darah dekat baju 😂

Then, the Dr came in, tengok luka, bleeding dah stopped, tak perlu xtray, takperlu admitted. Dapat Tetanus injection yeee 😭 Menciiikk! Dan Dr bagi prescription Cephalexin-WGR (antibiotic) tapi kena beli dekat pharmacy sendiri. I asked him a silly ques :
"Dr... am I going to have a rusty brain?"
Dr gelak. Selamat dia cakap tak. Btw, the Dr was actually from Malaysia. 😂 Mula2 Faa ingat dia orang SG sebab cara dia speaking. Rupanya dia Chinese from KL. Masa borak2 sikit, keluar juga "laa" dengan "lohh" masa cakap.
So, thats the story of yesterday. Faa dapat 2 days MC untuk berehat dan pastikan luka tu sembuh glued dengan elok. Pengalaman ni betul2 mengajar Faa untuk lebih bersyukur. Syukur tak jadi apa2 yang lebih teruk. Syukur tak kena mata. Syukur Faa masih diberi peluang untuk balik rumah, gelak, dan tulis cerita ni.
