Korang sihat ke ? I baru habis jawab take-home exam by OUM. Subject muamalat. Exam last untuk tahun ini. Bulan depan kembali dengan sem baru. Bulan ni I busy betul. Baru hari ini I finally took my sunday off after berminggu tidak cuti weekend. My shift cuti sabtu ahad, so kalau I keje hari ahad tu kira OT lohh πŸ€­πŸ’°πŸ’Έ Letih badan macam nak tercabut vertebrae akuhhh. Lagipun, this month I cuma dapat public holiday on the 25th je. Hafiz start cuti on 23rd kot tak salah. Tung laaa cuti lamaaaaa gaji jalannn 😌 Tapi today kita nak story pasal journaling la wakk, bukan pasal cuti :ppp

Soo, I nak story pasal journaling. I started my journaling journey last year, pakai buku nota beshe2 je. Lepas tu I upgraded to another big, fancy notebook sebab biasalah... bila dah start, nafsu membeli buku baru membuak2 githchuuww 🀭 Then this year, I’m using online journaling on my iPad. Tell youuhh, it’s sooooo convenient 😍 Tak payah bawak buku berat, tak risau tertinggal pen, and undo button tu memang kategori lifesaver lahhπŸ˜‚ And todayyy, I bought another new journal for 2k26 which is just around the corner. Yeeheeee 😁 Padahal 2025 pun belum habis, tapi otak dah lompat ke tahun baru. This time I pilih yang lebih colourful and lebih banyak stickers, sebab clearly, I’m healing ✨ not hoarding (I tell myself).


Those who like me yang nak try journaling on iPad boleh buy on Etsy. Taip je “Gratitude Journal” atau “Digital Planner”. Like me, I akan 🩷 dulu yang mana I berkenan. Lepas tu I tengok balik function dia, banyak ke tak, and sesuai ke dengan cara I guna. Kalau rasa okay ✨ barulah check out. Lepas purchase, buka balik dekat tab “Purchase”, dia akan bagi guideline untuk download. Then kita kena import file tu masuk dalam online notes on iPad. I guna GoodNotes je wakk... senang, smooth, and my go-to since day one. Jom, I show you minee 🫣








So these is urmm... contoh2 lampiran yang I punya journal. On Etsy, ada banyaaakkk lagi colour asthetic yang sesuai dengan jiwa anda2 sekalian. Lagi comel journal kita, so lagi semangat la nak tulis hari2 πŸ€ͺEven i penat macam mana sekalipun, 5mins journaling is a must !! Tapi guys, pastikan cari yang ada hyperlink, sebab I pernah beli yang non-hyperlink dekat Shopee. Let me tell you apa kebaikan ber-journaling ni. As a dip part-time student in OUM, also duty as a wife, and working in a fast-paced warehouse, sometimes all these make me overwhelmed. I tahu pasal journaling ni pun while I was scrolling through TikTok, and I found one sister yang journaling in Arabic. I was so amazed sebab she was journaling about her Quranic journey at that moment. It hit me differently🀍 And scrolling more about journaling, mbak2 Indonesian pun tak kalah bagi nasihat untuk start journaling. Semua bagi semangat, semua kata2 positive je untuk beginner ✨


At first, I started my journaling journey pakai kertas A4 je. Lepas tu I guna my old notebook. Bila rasa macam tak organized, then I pergi beli my first journaling book, sebab obviously masalah hidup mampu diselesaikan dengan beli buku baru πŸ˜‚ Then, since I had an iPad, I terachuuun dengan student2 yang buat notes penuh stickers comelll


From journaling, I can focus more on understanding myself. Which emotions perlu diabaikan, and which bad habits yang kena ubah. Telling you, I’ve become more calm, and even when I've an emotional breakdown somethimes, I just rant it out in my journal. There was a time when I burnt a letter that I wrote to my younger version of myself. It was sakedd jugaa... but also very healing πŸ”₯ Yes, journaling is my healing session. I pernah teman Hafiz mancing, while I was sitting anggunly and writing about myself, my family, and my future πŸ₯ΉI pernah lepak coffee house alone, just me and my thoughts, writing something for myself πŸ’ Journaling is a medium where I can manage my emotions and place them in the right space. It helps me menimbang tara kesan dari setiap emosi yang dirasai, instead of terus bertindak ikut perasaan πŸ₯Ή


That’s why since journaling, I’ve become more keen on writing. And from there, I terus thought about blogging. Here, I can write anything that I want to share, some general knowledge, personal thoughts, or anything that crosses my mind. Tak kisah tentang apa2 saja. I learn more through writing tho, expressing my feelings through words, and literally improving my writing skills along the way πŸ–€


I’ve talked a lot today πŸ˜† Anyway, if you guys haven’t tried journaling yet, pweaseee do so and feel the difference. Especially to women out there, go journaling and see the anggunly, calmly side of yourself, the side that maybe you never even knew existed ❣ And jangannn lupa tulis affirmation words everyday for yourself. Little words, big IMPACT πŸ₯³ daaaaa

  1. Saya pun dah tulis di digital sekarang. Dulu zaman sekolah memang suka menulis diary . Tp pernah juga dibaca mama, sejak itu malas nak tulis. Untunglah sejak ada Internet, bisa tulis secara online ntah dari blog, atau di private untuk dibaca sendiri.
